2 large onions cut into quarters
2 cloves of garlic
100 grams of black olives
200 grams of potatoes, straw already fried (the ones that they sell packaged)

The cod must be without skin or bones, desalted and crumbled. Wash it very well and let it drain by placing it on kitchen paper.
