Ingredients

  • 500 grams water
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

  1. We add the water to our Thermomix bowl and heat it
  2. 4 minutes / 80ºC / speed 1
  3. Add the turmeric, ginger and pepper and mix
  4. 15 seconds / speed 3
  5. let it rest to infuse with the water for 15 minutes
  6. Add the lemon juice and mix
  7. 15 seconds / speed 1
  8. we sneak in and ready to drink
