40 grams of fresh turmeric root
15 grams of ginger root
Black peppercorns (approximately 10)
25 grams of coconut oil
1 tablespoon honey

½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cinnamon stick
To start the preparation of the Golden milk with thermomix, pour the turmeric root together with the ginger root and the peppercorns in the thermomix glass to grate, program.
5 seconds / Speed 7.
Then, add the coconut milk (oatmeal or almond) as well as the coconut oil, the tablespoon of honey, the cinnamon stick, the salt and the turmeric powder, program.
5 minutes / Temperature 100 ° / Speed 2.
