2 sachets of 10 gr each of powdered neutral gelatin (Royal)
200 grams of gin
200 grams of sugar

Preparation of Gin Tonic and Lemon Jelly Beans with thermomix

We put in the glass of our thermomix the neutral gelatin, the gin and the sugar. We program
5 minutes / temperature 100 / speed 2
Add the lemon jelly and program
10 seconds / speed 4
next we program
5 minutes / temperature 100 / speed 2
We put a few drops of oil on a brush and spread the molds.
We put the mixture in the glass and leave about 12 hours in the refrigerator
