Ingredients
- 252 milliliters of tonic
- 152 milliliters of gin
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 27 grams of sugar
- Juice and zest of half a lemon
Instructions
- Once you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps below:
- Hydrate the gelatine leaves in cold water, as indicated on the package.
- Pour the tonic, the gin, the sugar and the lemon juice into the glass of the food processor. Program at speed 2 / 100º / 5 minutes.
- Next, drain the gelatine leaves and put them in the glass. Program at speed 3 / 20 seconds.
- Then, pour the contents of the glass into small silicone molds and put them in the refrigerator.
- They should remain in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
- After that time, remove the molds from the molds and fill them with a little lemon zest and sugar.
