In order to prepare four portions of the recipe that we present you, you need to gather the following products in the kitchen:
230 milliliters of water.
1 egg white.
700 grams of sugar.
200 grams of icing sugar.
Black food coloring.
Half a teaspoon of lemon juice.
You should also have a box lined with parchment paper handy.

Once you have gathered all these products, it is time to get down to work:
In the robot’s glass, add the cup of icing sugar together with the egg white, the lemon juice and the Greek color dye. Program it at speed 3 until you get a homogeneous dough.
Then add a little more of the sugar and program the Thermomix again at the same speed until you see until you achieve a hard mixture. Then, it will be necessary to remove it and let it rest.
On the other hand, mix ¼ of water and three cups of sugar to get caramel. For that, program at speed 2 and temperature 100º for 5 minutes. When you see that the mixture gets a brownish tone with grainy nuances, proceed to add the mixture that you had at rest and stir everything with the help of a spatula.
Finally, proceed to pour the result obtained into the mold that has the baking paper and let it rest. So what you will get is that it hardens.
