Ingredients of colored clouds with thermomix
- 2 sachets of neutral gelatin powder
- 200 grams of water
- 300 grams of sugar
- 1 teaspoon sugared vanillin
- 1 pinch of salt
- icing sugar for coating
Preparation of colored clouds with thermomix
- To start we will put the sugar, the sugared vanilla and the 100 grams of water in our Thermomix bowl and program:
- 2 minutes / 100º / speed 2
- we put the other 100g of water in a bowl with the neutral gelatin and we put a few drops of one of the food colorings (later we will repeat with each one of them to have 4 different colors)
- add the mixture from the bowl to our thermomix and mix
- 20 seconds / speed 3
- once mixed we program
- 5 minutes / 100º / speed 2
- Let cool for a while in the same glass and then program again
- 5 minutes / speed 5
- Put the dough in a bowl lined with transparent film spread with sunflower oil and leave rest between 8 and 12 hours
- After that time, we proceed to cut our mixture into pieces and coat them in icing sugar.
