Ingredients
- 2 lemons
- 1 can of soda
- 1 egg
- Gin to taste
- Simple syrup
Instructions
- Add the gin to our Thermomix, then add lemon juice, egg white, and simple syrup. Program:
- 25 seconds / speed 5
- Add some ice to the Thermomix and program:
- 10 seconds / speed 5
- Place ice in a tall glass, filling it halfway. Pour the prepared mixture into the glass, filling it halfway, and top up the rest with soda or sparkling mineral water.
- Optionally, garnish with a lemon slice.
