If you can get lime instead of lemon as it says in the recipe much better, if not with lemon it comes out perfect, we hope you enjoy it this next weekend
Gin tonic sorbet with thermomix

Ingredients
- 100 ml gin
- 400 ml of tonic
- 1 lemon
- 160g sugar
- ½ bunch of basil
- 100 ml lemon juice
Preparation
- The first thing we will do is wash the lemon with very hot water
- then we are going to grate the skin, overlap the yellow part and not the white part and we are going to put it in our Thermomix bowl along with the sugar
- 20 seconds / speed 10
- With a spatula we lower all the remains stuck to the sides of our Thermomix bowl
- We put 200 ml of water and program
- 5 minutes / 100º C / speed 2
- The next thing we will do is wash the basil and dry it well by shaking it, put it in our Thermomix bowl together with the lemon juice, the Geneva and the tonic and beat
- 30 seconds / speed 10
- We take out an ice cube mold and put our gin and tonic liquid in it and put it in the freezer for 8 hours
- after this time we remove the mold from the freezer, put it under the water tap for 3 or 4 seconds and remove it
- We take out the ice cubes, put them in our Thermomix bowl and program
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- Put me music Gin and tonic granita in glasses and it’s ready to watch
