For the sourdough:
- 1 sachet of dehydrated baker’s yeast.
- 250 grams of strong flour.
- 200 grams of water.

- 500 grams of strong flour.
- 110 grams of chopped candied orange.
- 110 grams of chopped milk chocolate.
- 200 grams of sugar.
- 110 grams of fondant chocolate.
- 1 sachet of yeast.
- 2 egg yolks.
- 100 grams of milk.
- 3 eggs.
- 100 grams of butter in portions.
- Salt.
- 20 grams of orange liqueur.

- Once you have all these ingredients, it’s time to put on your apron and follow these steps:
- We will start with the preparation of the sourdough. For that you will pour the aforementioned ingredients into a bowl, mix them and let them rest for half an hour, having covered the container with plastic wrap.
