Ingredients of Galician broth with Thermomix
- 400 grams of canned cooked white beans
- 220 grams of pork cooked in pieces
- 30 grams of sliced chorizo
- 25 grams of lard or spread
- 30 grams of virgin olive oil
- 300 grams of canned turnip tops
- 500 grams of potatoes in pieces
- 700 grams of water
- a little bit of salt
Preparation of Galician broth with Thermomix
- We will start our Galician broth by putting in the glass of our thermomix, the olive oil, the lard, the chorizo and we fry
- 3 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
- meanwhile we will put the beans in the varoma container, rinse them in the tap and drain them, we will do the same with the turnip tops
- Add the potatoes, water and salt to the glass, place the varoma container with the beans and turnip greens and program
- 22 minutes / Varoma / reverse spin / spoon speed
- We remove the varoma and put the beans and turnip greens in a container and add the pork shoulder
- Put the entire contents of the glass on top of the beans, turnip tops and pork shoulder and mix with a wooden spoon and let stand for 5 minutes
