Ingredients of Mini cauliflower and cheese pizzas with gluten-free tomato with thermomix

  • 450 grams of cauliflower
  • 270 grams of emmental cheese in pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 grams of onion in pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 grams virgin olive oil
  • 300 grams cherry tomato
  • 15 grams concentrated tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 120 grams of mozzarella
  • a few basil leaves

Preparation of mini cauliflower and cheese pizzas with gluten-free tomato with thermomix

  1. Preheat the oven to 220ºC and line 2 oven trays with baking paper and reserve for later.
  2. We start by putting the cauliflower, cheese and eggs in our Thermomix bowl and chop
  3. 9 seconds / speed 5
  4. with a pastry ring of about 10 cm we make 6 medallions with the mass of our Thermomix bowl
  5. Bake each of the 2 trays for 10 minutes
  6. While it is baking we put in the glass of our thermomix, the onion, the garlic and the oil and chop
  7. 7 seconds / speed 6
  8. then we fry
  9. 2 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
  10. Add 20 cherry tomatoes, the concentrated tomato, the salt and the oregano and blend
  11. 5 seconds / speed 6
  12. We lower with the spatula the remains stuck to the sides of our glass and program
  13. 5 minutes / 120ºC / speed 1
  14. we cut the mozarella into slices and those slices in two and 12 cherry tomatoes in quarters
  15. we put the tomato on the pizza bases and on top we put the mozarella and the cut cherry tomatoes
  16. Bake each tray for 10 minutes at 220ºC
  17. take out put the fresh basil leaves and serve
