Zucchini white garlic ingredients with thermomix

  • 250 grams of white zucchini
  • 100 grams of raw almonds,peeled and ground
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 60 grams of bread from the day before
  • 600 grams of cold water
  • 30 grams of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 100 grams extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of white garlic from zucchini with thermomix
