Today we bring one of those drinks that is a real delight on hot days and it is one of the drinks I drank the most when summer comes, and I love a good frappe with the power that the Thermomix gives it in a few seconds and with that little foam that believe me

but this time we are going to give a little twist to the coffee frappe of a lifetime and this time we are going to do it with the meringue milk recipea meringue frappe

2 tablespoons Nescafe
150 ml of meringue milk
6 ice cubes
Cinnamon

Preparation of Frappe meringue with thermomix

The first thing we will do is the meringue milk, of which we already have a recipe on this same blog (in the second paragraph we have put a link to that recipe)
once we have the meringue milk it will only take a few seconds
We place all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, that is, the 50 ml of meringue milk, two tablespoons of Nescafé, the ice cubes, a little cinnamon, and we program

we serve it in a long glass and we put a little more cinnamon on top
and that remains for us to enjoy our meringue frappe
