Stracciatella cake ingredients with Thermomix
For the base
- 30 grams of cocoa.
- 125 grams of butter.
- 210 grams of cookies.
For the filling
- 520 grams of whipped cream.
- 520 grams of Greek yogurt.
- 120 grams of milk.
- 160 grams of chocolate chips.
- 10 sheets of gelatin.

- 160 grams of cream.

Preparation of stracciatella cake with Thermomix
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
- Let’s start with the base so pour the cookies into the glass and set to
- speed 8-9 / 10 seconds.
- Put those cookies in a bowl.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and pour it over the cookies, then add the cocoa as well. Mix everything well and then pour it into the cake mold, previously greased. That should be put in the fridge.
- For the filling, you have to hydrate the gelatin sheets in cold water and when they are ready, pour them into the milk, which must be hot.
- Then, in a bowl, pour the yogurt together with the milk with gelatin and the whipped cream. Mix everything well and proceed to add the mixture above the base of the cake. Then the mold will be put back in the refrigerator for about three or four hours.
- For the coverage, the cream will be heated and when it starts to boil, it will be poured into a bowl where the chopped chocolate should be, to which it will melt.
- Stir well and then add the butter to mix everything well. When it is added to the cake mold, immediately afterwards, put it back in the refrigerator.
- When it is going to be served, the shavings will be added on top.
