Ferrero Rocher with thermomix
A few years ago, thanks to some television commercials, a brand of chocolate and hazelnut chocolates called Ferrero Rocher became fashionable. These chocolates continue to this day, because everything has to be said, they are very good.
Today we bring the recipe to make them with our thermomix, we hope you like them.
Ferrero Rocher with thermomix
Ingredients
- 150 grams of rice cereal inflated with chocolate
- 200 grams of toasted hazelnuts
- 150 grams of milk chocolate coating
Instructions
- We put the hazelnuts in our thermomix glass to chop them 10 seconds / speed 7
- We reserve them
- We slice the chocolate coating and put it in our glass of thermomix and we chop 20 seconds / progressive speed 7-8-9
- With the spatula we lowered the remains stuck on the sides of the glass towards the blades and then programmed 5 minutes / 40ºC / speed 3
- We add the inflated rice cereals and the reserved hazelnuts to the chocolate, leaving some for later and we program 10 seconds / speed 5
- With the hands we take the dough made and we shape it into balls, adding some chopped hazelnuts that we have left saved
- We keep in the fridge a minimum of 6 hours so that the chocolate and the dough will harden and be ready to eat, these delicious Ferrero Rocher style chocolates.
