1 kilo of cheeks or pork cheeks
330ml stout
70 grams of olive oil
80 grams of onion.
50 grams of garlic.
80 grams of carrots.
1 chorizo pepper.
30 grams of orange juice.
10 grams of lemon juice.
2 bay leaves.
1 sprig of fresh parsley.
Meat broth cube.
