350 grams wheat flour
15 grams of yeast
1 ½ tablespoon honey
300 grams Rye flour
3 teaspoons of curry powder
2 teaspoons of Salt
10 grams sourdough extract
A little milk to brush
25 grams of black and white sesame seeds
250 grams of water
For the garlic butter:
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
150 grams soft butter
Preparation of curry bread with Thermomix
To begin the preparation of this wonderful curry bread with Thermomix, you must put the water with honey in the thermomix glass and program.
3 minutes / Temperature 37° / Speed 2.
When the water is at the programmed temperature, add the yeast and program.

Then add the wheat flour, program.

Let this first part of the dough rest for 15 minutes.
