Ingredients of Calatrava bread with air fryer

  • 150 grams of hard bread or hard cake
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 100 grams of white sugar.
  • a few drops of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon.
  • Liquid candy

Preparation of calatrava bread with an air fryer

  1. preheat the fryer
  2. 180ºC / 5 minutes
  3. Heat the milk a little in the microwave so that it is warm or warm, without boiling
  4. We put it in a bowl with the bread so that it soaks and we mix it well so that everything is well soaked
  5. In another bowl we put the eggs, the sugar, and we beat everything well
  6. then add the cream and mix everything again
  7. finally add the vanilla and cinnamon and mix everything again
  8. and we put everything together with the bowl where we had the bread and milk
  9. and mix everything carefully again so that everything stays well mixed
  10. In a mold we put the liquid caramel at the bottom (we can do it ourselves or buy it already made) and add all the rest of the ingredients that we had mixed
  11. We put it inside our fryer, covering the upper part with aluminum foil and programming
  12. 200ºC / 20 minutes
