Ingredients of Chard and Carrots Cream Thermomix

250 grams of Swiss chard
3 carrots
600 ml vegetable broth
60 grams of liquid cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of pepper

Preparation of Chard and Carrots Cream Thermomix

To start the preparation of this great recipe, wash the chard well and cut it into small pieces.
Also, wash the carrots, remove the skins and cut into thin slices.
Subsequently, add the onion cut into pieces along with the garlic cloves into the glass of the thermomix, program.
15 seconds / Speed 3.
With the help of a spatula or spoon, lower towards the blades the remains of garlic and onion that have adhered to the walls and lid of the thermomix glass. Then pour in the olive oil and program.
