52 grams of cocoa powder
2 cups of espresso coffee
402 grams of sugar
25 grams of chopped shelled hazelnuts
402 grams of cream
102 grams of water
2 egg yolks
The juice of half a lemon
Preparation of coffee and chocolate semifreddo with Thermomix
When you have all these products, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add about 252 grams of sugar to the robot’s glass and program
speed 10 / 25 seconds.
Booking.
Put the butterfly and add the cream. program to
speed 4 / 4 minutes.
Put the whipped cream in the fridge.
Now add both the reserved sugar and the yolks to the glass. Put the robot to work
speed 4 / 40 seconds.
The next step is to add the cream and program to
speed 3 / 20 seconds.
Divide half of the contents of the glass between the glasses or cups where you are going to serve the dessert.
Pour half of the coffee that is still in the glass and program at
