Ingredients of cheesecake do cebreiro with thermomix
- 240 grams of cebreiro cheese
- 2 yogurts
- 200 ml of liquid cream
- 200 ml of milk
- 3 eggs
- 170 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of cornstarch
Preparation of cheesecake do cebreiro with thermomix
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- We put the cheese, the yogurts, the cream, the milk, the eggs, the sugar and the cornstarch in our thermomixel glass and we beat everything until we get a cream without lumps
- 30 seconds / speed 4
- Line a mold with baking paper and pour our dough into the mold.
- We put it in the oven for 45 minutes, after that time we turn off the hotno but leave the cake inside for 30 more minutes
- take out and let cool a little and then put in the fridge for at least 4 or 5 hours
- then we unmold and ready to eat
