Preparation of cheesecake do cebreiro with thermomix

2. We put the cheese, the yogurts, the cream, the milk, the eggs, the sugar and the cornstarch in our thermomixel glass and we beat everything until we get a cream without lumps

4. Line a mold with baking paper and pour our dough into the mold.
5. We put it in the oven for 45 minutes, after that time we turn off the hotno but leave the cake inside for 30 more minutes
6. take out and let cool a little and then put in the fridge for at least 4 or 5 hours
7. then we unmold and ready to eat
