Dulce de leche ingredients with thermomix
- 750 grams of whole milk without lactose
- 100 grams of white sugar
- 150 of whipping cream with a percentage of 35.1% fat (I used vegetable cream)
- 90 grams of brown sugar
- 2 grams of baking soda
Preparation of Dulce de leche with thermomix
- We put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl, place the beaker and program
- 60 minutes / 100ºC / speed 5
- For it to evaporate, we remove the beaker and place the basket on the lid of the glass and program
- 7 minutes / varoma / speed 4
- at the end it will be quite liquid, a moment that even being quite hot will serve us to transfer it to the glass jars (it must be chubby and withstand the heat well)
- and let cool first to room temperature
- When it is cold, place it in the refrigerator for a couple of days and it will finish thickening and change its color, to the typical color of dulce de leche.
