To make this dish you need to have the following products:
Plates cannelloni.
510 grams of cod desalted and crumbled.
100 grams of mozzarella.
2 or 3 garlic cloves, peeled.
140 grams of onion.
150 grams of carrot.

Preparation of cod cannelloni with Thermomix
Once you have the ingredients, follow these instructions:
Soak the plates according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Add the mozzarella to the glass and program
speed 7 / 3 seconds.
Reserve the cheese.
Add the carrot, oil, garlic and onion to the glass. program to
speed 5 / 5 seconds.
Then reprogram
