Pasta with Thermomix Vegetarian Recipes with Thermomix

Ingredients

1600 grams of water
500 grams of pasta
salt to taste
A splash of extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

we start by putting the water in our Thermomix bowl and program
10 minutes / 100ºC / speed 1
add a handful of salt and a splash of virgin olive oil and program
1 minute / 100ºC / speed 1
through the mouth we put the pasta and then we put the cup and program
the time indicated by the pasta manufacturer / 100ºC / turn to the left / spoon speed
we drain the pasta well and we will put the chosen sauce on it, there are hundreds of pasta recipes just by changing the sauce

the more water to cook the better (they will not stick to us)
Drain the pasta very well before adding any sauce or new ingredient to better impregnate the flavors.
do not use cold water to warm the pasta, mix hot with the sauce
To preserve the pasta in a tupperware, once perfectly drained, add a splash of oil or a tablespoon of butter and stir very well.
