Ingredients

24 cannelloni plates
55 grams of Parmesan cheese
For the filling:
205 grams of chicken broth
52 grams of olive oil
105 grams of chopped duck foie
310 grams of onion
52 grams of flour
405 grams of canned crushed tomato
Salt and ground pepper to taste
510 grams of chicken strips clean and without skin
For the bechamel:
52 grams of wheat flour
A pinch of pepper
a pinch of salt
52 grams of butter
A pinch of nutmeg
755 grams of milk

Preparation

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
We are going to start preparing the filling. For that, add the onion and oil to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 5/5 seconds.
Then reprogram to
speed 1 / 120º / 8 minutes.
Then, add the tomato and fry
speed 1 / 120º / 2 minutes.
The next step will be to add the pepper and salt as well as the chicken. Program a
speed 1 / 120º / 30 minutes.
Then, add the flour and start the robot at
speed 1 / 120º / 2 minutes.
Add the chicken broth and program to
speed 2 / 100º / 5 minutes.
Put the basket on top of the lid and program at
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Add the foie and program

Reserve and wait for the filling to cool.
Meanwhile, prepare the cannelloni as indicated on their packaging and when they are ready, fill them with the reserved content and put them on a baking tray.
