115 grams of chopped chocolate
265 grams of liquid cream
115 grams of icing sugar
4 eggs, yolks on one side and whites on the other

When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Pour the chocolate into the glass and program
speed 7 / 10 seconds.
Then add the egg yolks, the cornstarch, the sugar and the cream. program to
speed 3 / 80º / 7 minutes.
Pour the content into a bowl and wait for it to cool down.
Wash and dry the robot glass. Place the mixer on that and add the egg whites and salt. Start the robot at
