Ingredients
- 800 grams of flour
- 550 grams of butter
- 300 grams of sugar a little more to sprinkle
- 1 whole egg
Preparation
- We preheat the oven to 170 degrees and line a tray with greaseproof paper
- Then we put the butter in our Thermomix bowl and melt
- 4 minutes / 75 degrees / speed 2
- We add the sugar, the flour, the egg and program
- 5 minutes / pin speed (knead function)
- With the dough we make balls and crush them by hand (if we have a mold to shape it, we use it at this point), we put them in the tray that we had prepared
- bake 12 minutes (until golden brown)
