Chocolate Mint Panna Cotta with Thermomix
Previously we have already shared with you Panna Cotta recipes, this typical dessert of Italian origin that many of us like for its simplicity and creaminess.
Chocolate Mint Panna Cotta with Thermomix
On this occasion we present a very fresh new version of this dessert Panna cotta with mint thermomix, although do not believe it mint has an exquisite flavor ideal for this type of desserts.
So put on your apron and dare to prepare this great dessert.
Chocolate Mint Panna Cotta with Thermomix
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons mint syrup
- 100 grams of sugar 5
- edible jelly leaves or 1 envelope of neutral jelly
- 75 grams of liquid cream
- 150 grams of whole milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar or vanilla essence
- Fresh mint leaves to decorate
Instructions
- Place in a bowl or bowl enough cold water to hydrate the gelatin leaves or failing some milk (about four tablespoons) and the gelatin envelope of neutral flavor to hydrate.
- While the gelatin is hydrated, place in the thermomix glass to mix the 250 grams of cream, the rest of the milk, sugar and vanilla, program, 5 minutes / Temperature 90 ° / Speed 1
- Once the ingredients are well mixed in the thermomix, add the gelatin that you have previously hydrated, in case the leaves are drained a little and pour them into the preparation, program, 10 seconds / Speed 2
- Then, pour the mint syrup and program, 10 seconds / Speed 2
- Pour the mixture into the containers that you prefer, they can be small pots or glass glasses, the important thing is that they are resistant to the cold for a few hours.
- Refrigerate portions of Panna Cotta Mint minimum 4 hours.
- When the mixture is solid, decorate with some fresh mint leaves, its intense green color will give a beautiful contrast and subtlety in the presentation of this creamy dessert. Serve cold and give your diners a fresh mint flavor dessert.
