A classic Argentine sauce for meat, especially when we grill, it is ideal to
accompany our grilled meats, the chimichurri sauce is delicious, a sauce with a
spicy touch and very aromatic

Ingredients
- 2 large whole heads of garlic
- 2 bunches of parsley (leaves only)
- 3 choriceros peppers
- 6 chillies
- Oil (olive or sunflower)
- vinegar
- Salt
Instructions
- Chorizo peppers and chillies are crushed at speed 5-7-9
- they are removed from the glass and reserved.
- All garlic and parsley are crushed very small by pulling them from the mouth of
- the beaker with the Thermomix running at speed 9.
- Add the peppers and chillies, the oil, the vinegar until covered and the salt
- and stir only for a few seconds on speed 1.
- You put everything in a glass jar and keep it out of the fridge.
