Ingredients of chicken broth with thermomix
1.5 liters of water
4 pieces of chicken (thighs or drumsticks are recommended as they provide more flavor)
1-2 chicken carcasses (chicken bones)
1-3 cloves of garlic
1 leek, cleaned and cut into 2 pieces
1 onion peeled and chopped into pieces
2 carrots, skinned and chopped
Salt to taste
