Ingredients
- 6 sheets of puff pastry.
- 2 onions.
- 125 grams of milk.
- 500 grams of potatoes.
- 20 grams of butter.
- 250 grams of Cheddar cheese, although you can choose another one that you like more.
- Pepper.
- Salt.
Instructions
- Once you have all these products in the kitchen, it's time to put on your apron and activate your Thermomix. In particular, these are the steps you must follow:
- Put the onion in the appliance for a few seconds and cut it. All you have to do is set it to speed 5. Then bet on grating the cheese, which you can do with your Thermomix in only ten seconds and at speed 7. Then proceed to reserve it until you need it.
- The next step will be to add the onions to the butter and cook them together for about five minutes at speed 5.
- Once this time has passed, you will have to add both the potatoes, properly peeled and chopped, and the salt and milk. At speed 1, cook them for 25 minutes.
- After this time you should check that the potatoes are soft enough. If they are, add the cheese you have already made. At speed 3 keep it like this for 20 seconds, until you get a homogeneous paste and proceed to add the pepper and salt to taste.
- Cut the puff pastry sheets into twelve pastries and fill them with the dough you have prepared in the Thermomix.
- Then, seal the pastries well with beaten egg and put them in the oven, previously heated, and keep them there for about 20 minutes, until they are golden.
