Ingredients
- 100 grams of strawberries
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Half a spring onion
- 30 grams of red pepper 2
- 0 grams of green pepper
- 100 grams of cold water
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 30 grams of virgin olive oil
- Salt
Instructions
- The first thing to do is to put all the ingredients in the thermomix except the 100 g of water that is the tomatoes, strawberries and spring onions, oil, garlic, peppers and vinegar. Also add salt to taste and crush all the food 30 seconds / Speed 5
- When it's over we shred again 1 minute / speed 10
- When this step is finished, we add the cold water and proceed to mix for 20 seconds / speed 5
- We check the point of salt and modify if necessary and we have our gazpacho ready served in cups and ready to eat
