Ingredients
1.2 kilos of Iberian pork cheeks
4 garlic
600 grams of water
1 bay leaf
300 grams of potatoes
300 grams of carrots
300 grams of zucchini
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
250 grams of white wine
70 grams of olive oil
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon cumin
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the garlic and oil to the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 10 minutes.
Then, add the cheeks, bay leaf, pepper, oregano, cumin and paprika to the glass. Program a
spoon speed / left turn / 100º / 5 minutes.
Add the white wine and put the robot to work
