Ingredients for Cinnamon and lemon muffins with thermomix

  • 4 eggs (M)
  • 220 grams sugar (you can add less, depending on the sweetness you like, with this amount they are not excessively sweet)
  • 2 double carbonating envelopes (two of each color)
  • 150ml milk
  • 150 ml sunflower oil
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons (of the coffee type) ground cinnamon
  • 320 grams wheat flour (normal, all use)

Preparation of cinnamon and lemon muffins with thermomix

  1. Butterfly in blades, eggs and sugar in a glass,
  2. 4 minutes / speed 3
  3. we put the colored envelopes, milk, oil,
  4. 10 seconds / speed 3
  5. remove the butterfly, add the flour, cinnamon and zest,
  6. 10 seconds / speed 4
  7. Finally, the white packets, diluted in a bit of water,

  9. Fill the 3/4 parts of the capsules, sprinkle sugar, bake (preheated oven to 220 ° C / heat up and down)
  10. Lower the temperature to 200° C / bake for about 10/12 minutes
  11. after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean
  12. We turn off, remove from the oven, and remove from the rigid mold (if we leave them inside the mold, oil will drip from the bottom part and they will get moist
