Ingredients
- 330 grams of flour
- 15 grams of chemical yeast
- 4 eggs
- 225 grams of sugar
- 125 grams of cream 35% MG
- 200 grams of mild olive oil
- the grated skin of 1 lemon
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220ºC
- we prepare cupcake paper molds
- To start we put the butterfly in our thermomix and put the eggs and sugar and program
- 7 minutes / 40ºC / speed 3
- Add the lemon zest and program again
- 7 minutes / speed 3
- Add the cream and olive oil and program
- 4 minutes / speed 2
- We remove the butterfly
- Add the yeast, along with the flour and mix
- 5 seconds / speed 6
- with the spatula we lower remains and program again
- 3 seconds / speed 6
- Fill the cupcake molds about 3/4 parts (not to the top)
- sprinkle a little icing sugar on the surface and put them in the oven
- 15 minutes / 190ºC (or until golden brown)
Grades
