1.5 liters of water
3 or 4 teaspoons of sugar.

Instructions

When you have gathered these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
The day before preparing the recipe pour the almonds in a bowl with a liter of water.
Let them hydrate overnight.
After the established time, introduce the drained almonds in the robot's glass with half a liter of water, program at 10/1 minute speed.
Strain the result and reserve the liquid obtained.
Wash the Thermomix glass and dry it, then place the whisk and pour the agar agar and the stored liquid, program at speed 5/25 seconds.
Reschedule later at speed 2 / 100º / 7 minutes
