75 g of sugar
2 eggs
100 g of butter
150 g of white chocolate
80 g of flour, (sifted together with the yeast)
1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
70 g of pistachios, peeled and coarsely chopped
Preheat the oven to 180º.
Pour sugar and eggs into the glass and program
5 minutes / Temperature 37º / speed 4.
Remove from the glass and reserve in a bowl.
Put the butter and chopped chocolate into the glass and program
3 minutes / Temperature 50º / Speed 1.
(If there are pieces of chocolate remaining, set a few more seconds in
speed 2).
Add reserved eggs, sifted flour and yeast and program
6 seconds / Speed 2.
Add the pistachios and finish mixing with the spatula with enveloping movements so that the dough does not lose air. Pour the mixture into a rectangular mold of low height, approximately 27 x 18 cm, previously greased or lined with baking paper.
