Ingredients of Coated dogfish with Thermomix
1 kg of dogfish
3–4 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon of sweet paprika.
1 tablespoon of oregano.
1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
150ml white vinegar or sherry vinegar
100 ml of water.
2 dried bay leaves.
100 grams of dried chickpeas.
200 grams of flour.
oil for frying
Note:The 200 grs.of flour and the 100 grs.We will use dried chickpeas to coat the dogfish before frying.
Preparation of battered Dogfish with Thermomix
The dogfish must be previously cleaned,without skin and cut into medium pieces.
The duration of its pairing must be at least 6 hours.So keep this time in mind.
Use the Thermomix bowl to crush and mix the ingredients for the pairing.Add the 4 cloves of garlic,the tablespoon of sweet paprika,the tablespoon of oregano powder,the teaspoon of cumin,the 150ml of the vinegar of your choice and the 100ml of water.
30 seconds/speed 10.
Once all the ingredients are mixed,add it to a container suitable for refrigeration and submerge the dogfish pieces well so that they absorb all the flavors very well.Cover and refrigerate.
At least after 6 hours,the preparation proceeds.
Again in the glass of the thermomix incorporate the 200 grs.of flour and the 100 grs.of dried chickpeas to crush them
40 seconds/speed 10.
Meanwhile,drain the dogfish pairing well and place them on a tray lined with absorbent paper.
Next,preheat a frying pan and add enough oil to fry.
On the other hand,in a tray,incorporate the dry chickpea and flour mixtures and wrap each piece of dogfish in it.
cold for approx.5 minuteseach side or until well browned.
Let rest on absorbent paper.And serve.
You can decorate a plate with some clean and fresh lettuce leaves and place the dogfish on the bed of lettuce.
