Ingredients of sticky fish rice with thermomix
- 500 grams of monkfish
- 1 liter of fish broth
- 200 grams of round grain rice
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50ml virgin olive oil
- 100 grams of crushed tomato
- 150ml of white wine
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt to taste.
- Parsley or coriander chopped to decorate.
Preparation of sticky fish rice with thermomix
- Prepare a fish broth beforehand. Use the bones or spines of the monkfish.
- Place the monkfish bones, a liter of water in the Thermomix bowl and program.
- 15 minutes / varoma temperature / spoon speed.
- When the broth is ready, strain and reserve covered.
- Then in the same glass of the thermomix crush the onion, and the garlic
- 2 minutes / speed 7.
- Next, add the crushed tomato, the olive oil and the teaspoon of sweet paprika, crush

- Immediately, the fish should be cooked. Add the 500 grams of monkfish cut into medium pieces, the fish broth and salt to taste

- Check the doneness of the fish every 5 minutes. Once cooked, remove the fish pieces with a slotted spoon so as not to overcook them and set aside.
- In a glass of the thermomix with the fried vegetables and white wine, add the rice and program.
- 20 minutes / Varoma temperature / reverse rotation / spoon speed.
