Once you have purchased these products, follow the steps that we indicate:
Mix the oil, garlic and parsley in a bowl. Booking.
In the mixing bowl, pour the salt in one corner and then add the sifted flour. Make a hole in the center of the flour and add the sugar, parsley mixture and water. Next, add the yeast and knead everything for about 10 minutes.
In the previous step, when 5 minutes have passed, preheat the fryer to about 80º and pour half a glass of water into the basket.
With the resulting dough make a ball and then give it the shape of bread you want. Put it on baking paper that you will place in the basket. Keep it there, with the fryer off, so that it doubles its volume for a few
35 minutes.
Make a few cuts in the bread and then start the fryer at
180º / 15 minutes.
After this time, turn the bread over and keep it there
180º / 7 minutes.
