🍫 Air Fryer Brownie Cookies: the perfect treat in 10 minutes

Are you craving something sweet, intense and fast? Are air fryer brownie cookies They are just that: a glorious mix between the dense heart of a brownie and the crunchy texture of a cookie.

In just 10 minutes, you will have an amazing snack without turning on the oven, ideal to accompany with a glass of milk, a coffee or – if you are one of me – a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting on top.

The air fryer proves again that it can do everything, even convert a simple brownie mix in some cookies homemade, fast and absolutely irresistible.


🧁 Ingredients

🍫 1 box of brownie mix (approx. 520g)
🥚 2 large eggs
🛢️ 60 ml vegetable oil (¼ cup)
🥄 2 tablespoons (20 g) wheat flour

💡 Optional: chocolate chips, chopped nuts or a pinch of flaked salt to give it a “gourmet” touch.


👩‍🍳 Step by step preparation

1️⃣ Mix the ingredients

In a medium bowl, add the brownie mixthe eggshe oil and the flour.
Stir with a spatula or whisk until you get a dough. thick, sticky and brownie-like.
👉 Don’t overmix it: the secret to the “fudgy” texture is to maintain a little density.


2️⃣ Shape the cookies

Line the fryer basket with perforated parchment paper (or a normal one with some holes).
Using a spoon or measuring spoon, form portions of dough the size of a large walnut.
Place them in the basket leaving 2.5cm apart between each one —they grow a little when cooked—.

💡 Pro tip: If you like a crispy edge, you can lightly wet your fingertips and flatten each ball a little before cooking.


3️⃣ Cooking in an air fryer

Preheat your air fryer to 185°C for 3 minutes.
Cook the cookies between 6 and 8 minutesdepending on the model of your fryer and the point you prefer:

  • 6 min → soft brownie heart

  • 8 min → firmer texture, crispy edge

Let the cookies rest 2–3 minutes inside the basket before removing them. This step is crucial for them to set and not break.


4️⃣ Serve and enjoy

Once cold (if you can wait 😏), enjoy your brownie cookies with a touch of sea salt, icing sugar or a little caramel syrup on top.

Perfect to accompany coffee, serve as a snack with friends or treat yourself after a long day.

🍪 Don’t pile them up: Cook in small batches so they bake evenly.
🔥 Watch the weather: each fryer is a world; The first batch will serve as a reference for adjustment.
🍫 Guaranteed fudgy texture: Store the cookies in an airtight container once they are cold, so they will retain their internal moisture.
