🍌 2 very ripe bananas
🥚 2 eggs
🥛 200 ml of milk (whole or vegetable, whichever you prefer)
🍯 2 tablespoons of honey
🌾 200 g wheat flour
🧁 8 g baking powder (Royal type)
🌰 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Mash the bananas with a fork until you have a fine puree. Add the eggs, milk and honey, and beat everything vigorously (using a hand mixer or fork is fine). There must be a homogeneous and fluid mixture.
Add the flour, yeast and cinnamon to the previous mixture. Stir well until there are no lumps. If you see that it is too liquid, you can add one more tablespoon of flour. But without going overboard: It is a moist cake by definition..
Preheat the airfryer at 160°C for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, line a mold that fits inside the basket with baking paper. If you don’t have a mold, you can just use well-placed paper, as if it were an improvised capsule.
🚨 Trim the edges of the paper so that they don’t stick out too much and burn when touching the resistance.
Pour the dough into the mold. If you want, decorate with half a banana cut in half for that touch foodie. Cooking in the fryer at 160 °C for 35 minutes. After that time, prick with a toothpick: if it comes out clean or with few crumbs, it is ready.
