There are combinations that seem designed to make us happy: Nachos newly made and creamy guacamole. The good news is that you do not need to buy supermarket bags full of preservatives to enjoy this delight. With some corn tortillasa couple of avocados 🥑 well mature and you air fryeryou will have a homemade, healthy and much tastier snack than any industrial version.
The trick is to cut the tortillas, give them a touch of spices and let them brown until they are crispy. Meanwhile, you prepare a fresh guacamole in less than five minutes. Result: a perfect peck to see a series, surprise at a dinner with friends or improvise a salty snack.

Crispy nachos with homemade guacamole in air fryer – Air Fryer
🌽 4 corn tortillas
🫒 Spray oil or a few drops of olive
🧂 salt and pepper to taste
🌶 1 pinch of paprika (sweet or spicy, as you prefer)
🥑 2 mature avocados
🧅 ½ onion
🍅 1 small tomato or 3 cherry tomatoes
🌶 1 jalapeño (optional, if you like the spicy touch)
🍋 half -lemon juice
🌿 Fresh coriander leaves
🧂 Salt to taste
Crush or machaca with a fork the avocados together with the onion, the tomato, the jalapeño, the coriander and the lemon juice.
Salt adjust and reserve in the fridge to stay fresh.
Cut the tortillas into triangles (or the shape you like the most).
Place them on the air fryer tray and spray them with a little oil.
Add salt, pepper and paprika to give them an extra flavor.
