Ingredients
600 grams of cooked chickpeas
280 grams of cooked prawns
230 grams of squid
240 grams of clams
30 grams of oil
1 onion
250 grams of tomato crushed
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 or 3 garlic
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the garlic and onion to the glass and program to
speed 5/5 seconds.
Next, add the squid, oil and tomato while you put the clams in the basket. Program a
spoon speed / left turn / Varoma temperature / 20 minutes.
