1 thermomix fish dishes with Thermomix

To be able to prepare this dish you need to have the following products at home, which are the ideal ones to obtain approximately six skewers:
6 prawns.
1 egg white egg.
150 grams of water.
25 grams of kikos
sauce soy

Once you have gathered all these ingredients in the kitchen, go ahead and get down to business and prepare your skewers following these instructions:
Peel the prawns and reserve them.
Add the kikos to the robot glass and program this to progressive speed 5-7-9 for about 10 seconds. Then reserve them.
Next, insert each of the prawns onto one of the wooden skewer sticks and place them on what is the Varoma.
Then, add the water to the glass, place the Varoma and set the Thermomix to speed 1 and Varoma temperature for about 10 minutes.
Then pass each prawn through the egg white and coat it with the kikos.
Finally, what will remain is that you fry them until they are well browned.
You will have to proceed to use the soy sauce to accompany those skewers that are sure to dazzle your guests.
