10. We put the ball of dough on a tray lined with baking paper and let it rest, covered with a cloth, for 1 hour.
11. preheat the oven to 210 ° C and put a refractive container at the bottom of the oven
12. We put the tray with the dough in the oven and put 200 grams of water in the reflactary container
13. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 210 ° C
