Ingredients

  • 300 grams roasted and peeled chestnuts
  • 1 liter water
  • 1/2 liter water
  • 200 milliliters water
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 16 grams of olive oil
  • 3 grams of anise beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. We place the anise and grain in our Thermomix bowl and pulverize
  2. 3 seconds / speed 10
  3. Add the olive oil, the chestnuts, the salt and the cinnamon, add 1 liter of water and program
  4. 25 minutes / 90ºC / reverse rotation / speed 1
  5. Add 1/2 liter more of hot water and program
  6. 25 minutes / 90ºC / reverse rotation / speed 1
  7. Finally add 200 ml of water and sugar and program
  8. 10 minutes / 90ºC / reverse rotation / speed 1
