Ingredients
- 200 gr. chestnut
- 50 gr. butter at room temperature
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 50 gr. Of flour
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Preparation
- Before starting our recipe, we will soak the chestnuts the day before (as if they were legumes)
- the next day and while we start our recipe
- Preheat the oven to 230ºC.
- We put the chestnuts in our Thermomix bowl and crush
- 30 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10.
- We add the rest of the ingredients flour, butter at room temperature, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt to our glass and program

- We remove the dough and let it rest for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator
