Ingredients
505 grams of cider
510 grams of chistorra chopped
255 grams of water
1 teaspoon salt
355 grams of cornmeal
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Pour the water into the robot's glass and program
speed 1 / 80º / 2 minutes.
Then add the salt and flour. Program a
speed 6/15 seconds.
The next step, after lowering the remains of the walls with a spatula, will be to put the robot to work at
spike speed / 3 minutes.
Take the dough out of the glass, shape it into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Let it sit for about 40 minutes.
Put the chistorra in the Varoma and this in the robot.
Add the cider to the glass and program
speed 1 / Varoma temperature / 25 minutes.
Once the dough has settled, use it to shape about nine balls with it, each one turning into a pancake or talus.
In a frying pan, with a little oil, brown each pancake on each side. When they are, it will only be left to fill them with the chistorras that you have in the glass.
